EN57-990 is a model representing one of the most recognizable livery schemes applied to electric multiple units operated after 2000. This unit was a familiar sight in southern Poland, particularly in the Upper Silesia region.

Trains in this livery could often be seen in the Opole, Lower Silesian, Lesser Poland, and Świętokrzyskie voivodeships.
