EN71-016 POLREGIO “TIGER” Model

The iconic EN71 multiple unit in the legendary “Tiger” livery, presented in a digital version with an ESU sound decoder, featuring brand-new ROBO sounds recorded in cooperation with Leo Sound.

• New advanced sound system – the speaker has been redesigned to deliver maximum audio quality. Engine rattles, traction noise, and other vehicle sounds can now be heard just like on a real train.
• Traction tires – allow the model to handle even the steepest gradients; no curve or incline is an obstacle.
• Chromed headlight reflectors – no need to replace the lights; chrome elements provide a realistic and glossy appearance.
• Attractive and compact packaging – our box takes up 30% less space than competing products, making it ideal for collectors who value order and practicality.

The EN71-016 model represents a regional service train numbered R34803/2, operating on the Kraków Główny – Katowice route in 2019. The unit is finished in one of the most unusual yet instantly recognizable liveries applied to electric multiple units, commonly referred to as the “Tiger”.

Until recently, withdrawn units in this distinctive livery could still be seen at Przeworsk station.
